Walk with Me · Sit with Me · Talk with Me

Stress, self-doubt, exhaustion, or a quiet ache you can’t quite name. You’ve likely been holding a lot and holding it quietly. You might be the strong one, the dependable one, the one who’s always fine... until you’re not.

If you’ve landed here, maybe you’re carrying something quietly heavy

This space is for the version of you that’s tired of holding it all together

Tired of second-guessing. Tired of feeling disconnected from your own needs. Whether you're seeking calm, clarity, or just a moment to breathe, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Come as you are, tender, messy, curious, or unsure. Together, in movement, in stillness, in conversation, we can begin. Example more copy in here kelly for this section. Example more copy in here kelly for this section. Example more copy in here kelly for this section.

You set the pace. You lead the way. I’m here to walk alongside you.

“Some things are easier to say when we’re not sitting still. Some feelings move more freely when we do.”

However we meet

Outdoors, online, or over the phone

Our work together stays the same: it’s about showing up as you are, not as you think you should be.

You set the pace. You lead the way. I'm here to support you, not direct you. Maybe more copy here for this section. Maybe more copy here for this section. Maybe more copy here for this section.

Walk with me

Outdoor, walk-and-talk therapy sessions. Step away from the screen and into nature. Walking side by side can ease conversation, reduce stress, and help you feel more connected, to yourself

Sit with me

Online therapy offers flexibility and privacy, while still allowing for meaningful, attuned presence. Some clients find that being at home or in a familiar setting helps them feel more open, grounded, and at ease.

Talk with me

Telephone counselling that meets you where you are For some, speaking without being seen feels safer, softer, or simply easier. Phone therapy offers a focused, distraction-free way to be heard and supported.

You might feel most at ease walking side by side outdoors, sitting face-to-face online, or speaking quietly by phone.

However we meet, the heart of the work remains the same: presence, honesty, and a space to just be. More web copy for in here kelly for this section. More web copy for in here kelly for this section. Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all

I didn’t become a therapist because I had all the answers

I became one because I’ve lived the questions: messy, uncertain, human ones.

I’ve always been curious about what shapes us, what wears us down, and what helps us come back to ourselves. I’ve long been drawn to the quieter parts of people’s stories, the things left unspoken, the feelings beneath the surface.

A Safe Place to Be You

Therapy with me is:

  • Person-centred: You lead, I follow with empathy and care

  • Relational: The connection we build is part of the healing

  • Non-judgmental: You don’t have to filter or edit yourself

  • Flexible: We can sit, walk, pause, whatever feels right for you
