Walk with me
I’m drawn to walk-and-talk therapy because movement often softens what feels stuck. Nature provides a non-clinical, grounding backdrop that can help people breathe more deeply, speak more freely, and feel less confronted than they might in a traditional room. I love how walking side-by-side can feel gentler how the rhythm of our steps can help bring attention to our body and breath.
Sit with me
Online therapy has its own kind of intimacy. It weaves into people’s lives in a way that feels natural especially for those managing chronic illness, fatigue, disability, parenting, shift workers or simply full schedules. If your car or life breaks down, therapy still happens. It meets your energy, not the other way around.
Talk with me
I also appreciate the spaciousness of telephone therapy. There’s something powerful about being heard without being seen it often invites people to share things they might not voice face-to-face. For those who feel unsure about therapy or find being witnessed difficult, phone sessions can offer a gentler entry point.
You might feel most at ease walking side by side outdoors, sitting face-to-face online, or speaking quietly by phone.
However we meet, the heart of the work remains the same: presence, honesty, and a space to just be. Each format offers something unique, but the connecting thread is they all honour autonomy, flexibility, and choice. Things that can feel missing in our daily lives.
Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all
I didn’t become a therapist because I had all the answers
I became one because I’ve lived the questions: messy, uncertain, human ones.
I’ve always been curious about what shapes us, what wears us down, and what helps us come back to ourselves. I’ve long been drawn to the quieter parts of people’s stories, the things left unspoken, the feelings beneath the surface.
