I didn’t become a therapist because I had all the answers
I became one because I’ve lived the questions, the messy, uncertain, deeply human ones.
I’ve always been curious about what shapes us, what wears us down, and what helps us return to ourselves. I’m drawn to the quieter parts of people’s stories, the pauses, the unspoken words, the feelings that sit just beneath the surface.
