Space to talk, however you feel most comfortable

Calming, compassionate support to help you navigate life’s challenges.

When it’s time for our session, I’ll call you at our agreed time. You can answer from wherever feels most comfortable, your sofa, your parked car, a quiet corner, or even during a gentle walk with headphones.

There’s no camera, no pressure to “perform,” no need to get dressed up or maintain eye contact. Just a simple, steady voice on the other end of the line. We meet in the ease of spoken connection, one voice to another.

For many, this creates a surprising depth and intimacy. Without the distraction of visual cues or facial expressions, some people find it easier to open up, share more freely, and speak from the heart.

Confidential conversations to help you process, heal, and move forward.

For some, the phone feels like a softer way in, a chance to speak freely without the intensity of being seen. You can move, pause, or let the silence stretch while you gather your thoughts. The focus stays on your words, your pace, and what feels important in that moment. It’s the same care and presence you’d find in any session with me, simply held in a way that might feel gentler to step into."

We dont need to be in the same room to feel connected.

For many, talking on the phone feels surprisingly freeing

Without being seen, it can be easier to open up, especially if you tend to feel self-conscious or overwhelmed in face-to-face settings.

It’s also flexible. You don’t need to be in a certain place or feel “ready” to be seen, you can sit, walk, lie down, or simply be however you need to be. That privacy and ease often creates space for deeper reflection.

Some clients say they’re able to focus more without visual distractions. And if therapy has felt draining or hard to access regularly, phone sessions can offer steady support without added stress.

Support that meets you where you are

Therapy that prioritises your comfort and choice. You choose whether sessions are online, outdoors, or in-person.

Phone therapy can be a calm, steady option, especially when other formats feel too much.

It’s often chosen by people who feel overwhelmed in social or face-to-face settings, or find video calls draining. There’s less pressure to be “on,” and more room to reflect without self-monitoring.

It’s also a flexible option if you’re juggling a busy home life, low energy, or managing illness, fatigue, or disability. Sessions can fit around your day without needing extra effort.

And if you find movement helpful but aren’t ready for in-person Walk and Talk, phone sessions can offer that same rhythm and freedom with the comfort of staying unseen.

It often feels more personal than people expect

Phone therapy can offer a kind of connection that’s calm, focused, and unexpectedly intimate.

Without being seen, many people find it easier to speak honestly. There’s no eye contact to manage, no facial expressions to read, just the safety of your own space and the sound of someone truly listening.

You don’t have to worry about how you look or what’s around you. You can wrap yourself in a blanket, lie down, sit in your favourite chair, whatever helps you feel most at ease.

And while it’s easy to assume phone therapy might feel distant, it’s often the opposite. With fewer distractions, the presence can feel deeper. Silences become softer. Words can land more gently. There’s a spaciousness to it that often takes people by surprise, in the best way.

Helping you navigate life’s challenges with more calm and control.

How it all works

  • It’s natural to wonder if connection is possible without seeing each other but many clients say they feel more emotionally connected because they’re less distracted by visual performance or anxiety. You can truly focus on what’s being said and felt.

  • You can be exactly as you are. Cry, pause, sit in silence all of it is welcome. Some people actually find it safer to express emotion without someone physically present, especially in trauma-informed work.

  • This is a valid feeling, and we can talk about it. If the idea of a phone call creates anxiety, we can go slowly maybe even begin with a short check-in. The important thing is: you get to choose. There’s no one right format.

  • Length: 60 minutes

  • Wherever you feel private and comfortable home, car, garden, park

  • What You Need: A phone with a good signal, a comfortable place to sit or move, and ideally, time set aside without interruption and headphones.

What You Don’t Need: Wi-Fi, a camera, a perfect space, or to “be okay”

  • Each 60-minute session is £120, whether we walk together outdoors, meet online, or connect by phone.

Telephone therapy is about being met, but not seen in your safe space and in your time.

Counselling to help you bounce back from life’s difficulties.

Sometimes the quiet intimacy of a phone call is exactly what we need. It removes the layers the performance, the pressure to appear a certain way and allows the words, thoughts and feelings to flow: listening, feeling, connecting. Therapy is about being met, not seen. And in this format, you can still be fully met in your voice, in your safe space and in your time.
