Walking gives me space to breathe, to think, and to simply be. It’s where I reconnect with myself and the world around me. Watching and walking in every season as they shift reminds me that we’re all in motion, constantly evolving. We’re not always at our best, and that’s okay; we need time to slow down, recover, and return to ourselves. Walking helps me do that.

I love music because it speaks when words fall short; it captures the thing I can't name but can feel. It’s more than just sound; it's emotion, memory, and imagination. It can inspire, energise, and even heal. If I'm feeling joy, sadness, excitement, or calm, there's always a song that matches my mood and helps me process what I'm going through. It’s both deeply personal and universally shared.

I work with people who are outwardly capable but inwardly tired, the ones who keep going, keep giving, and rarely feel fully seen. You might be burnt out, overthinking, or unsure who you are beneath the roles you've had to carry. If you're craving space to slow down and reconnect, this is a place you can do that.

Why I do this work

I didn’t become a therapist because I had all the answers, I came into this work through my own lived questions.
Again and again, I’ve seen how people begin to soften when they feel safe. That’s what I aim to offer: not advice, but presence. A space where you're met with care, curiosity, and connection.

What you’ll find here

This is a space where you get to show up as you are, tender, tired, uncertain, hopeful. You don’t have to fix yourself first. You don’t have to shrink. Therapy with me is about moving at your pace, finding your voice again, and gently returning to the parts of you that got lost along the way.

I hold a Level 2 British Sign Language qualification (Signature) and am continuing my learning, with the aim of offering full BSL counselling sessions in the near future. In the meantime, I welcome D/deaf and hard-of-hearing clients and strive to make my practice as accessible and supportive as possible.
