Your space. Your pace. Still deeply connected.
With online therapy we meet face-to-face, virtually, through our screens.
All you need is a quiet moment and a connection, the rest, we do together
There’s a quiet comfort in meeting from your own space, whether that’s your living room, your office, or a calm corner with a cup of tea in hand. We connect in real time, just as we would face to face, through a secure, encrypted platform that keeps our conversations private.
You don’t need to travel, dress a certain way, or shift your whole day around. Instead, you can settle into your surroundings and know you’ll be met with the same presence, warmth, and deep listening as you would in the room with me.
Online therapy can feel just as personal as meeting in person, sometimes even more so. It offers flexibility and ease, especially if you’re managing health conditions, have mobility considerations, live rurally, or simply prefer the familiarity of your own space.
Like all therapy with me, it unfolds at your pace. You’re welcome to bring a warm drink, pause for breath, or move around if you need. We can meet fully on screen, or with cameras off, whatever helps you feel most at ease.
“When someone truly listens, even silence feels safe. Sometimes, just being heard is everything.”
Therapy that comes to you, wherever you are
Online therapy can fit gently into your life, offering consistency and support without the need to travel or step into unfamiliar spaces.
It’s often chosen by people who feel safest in their own environment, somewhere calm, familiar, and easy to settle. For others, it’s about flexibility: being able to access therapy from home, while travelling, or in more remote areas.
If you’re managing fatigue, chronic illness, or disability, online sessions can adapt to your energy and routine. And while the screen might seem like a barrier, many clients say it fades quickly. What stays is presence, trust, and the feeling of being deeply heard.
Online sessions give you the freedom to shape the space around you. Whether it’s a blanket, your dog, or a quiet cup of tea, being surrounded by what grounds you can help you feel more at ease.
You’re in control of the setting, how bright it is, how quiet it is, how fast or slow the pace feels. And on days where energy is low or you’re away from home, therapy can still happen.
Many people also find it easier to ease out of a session without having to travel or “switch back on” straight away. You can stay in your own space, let things settle, and move gently back into your day.
It’s the small comforts that make the biggest difference
It’s not about where you are, it’s about how safe you feel showing up.
Many clients are surprised by how emotionally connected they feel online. Without the traditional therapy room setup, the dynamic can feel more equal, less clinical, and more human.
There’s no pressure to perform or manage expressions, which can make it easier to be real. Some people find the work unfolds more naturally, with deeper insights surfacing sooner than expected.
And in that quiet space, without distractions or expectations, silences don’t feel awkward. They feel soft. Spacious. Like somewhere you’re allowed to just be, before rushing to explain or move on.
Online therapy makes it possible to have real, connected, nourishing conversations from wherever you are. It's still relational. It’s still sacred. And it might be the space where something important begins for you.
Something to Hold Onto…
How it all works
-
It’s completely natural to worry that something might get lost over a screen. But many clients are surprised by how emotionally present and relational online work can be. Eye contact, body language, and attunement still happen just in a different frame.
-
You can respond however you need to. You can turn off your camera, step away briefly, or bring grounding tools to your space. We can plan together for how to support you if things feel too much.
-
You’re not alone in that. We can talk about it and you’re always welcome to hide your self-view, look away, or explore what would feel more comfortable. There’s no “right” way to show up.
-
