Supervision

How we can work together

Two ways to access supervision. Four ways to meet.

The Bi-Weekly Check-in (£70 per session)

  • Duration: 60 Minutes

  • Frequency: Every two weeks

  • Best for: High-volume practitioners or those who prefer consistent, frequent clinical support. This provides 2 hours of supervision per month, comfortably exceeding BACP minimums.

The Monthly Deep-Dive (£100 per session)

  • Duration: 90 Minutes

  • Frequency: Once a month

  • Best for: Experienced practitioners who want to meet their BACP 1.5-hour requirement in one focused, "Deep-Dive" session.

❋ On The Path (Walk & Talk)

Movement is a powerful clinical tool. We take our supervision into the Norfolk fresh air, where the rhythm of walking helps break through the ‘freeze’ of complex cases. It’s amazing how a messy clinical 'shambles' starts to untangle when you have space to breathe and a horizon to look at.

❋ In The Nest (The Room)

For the times when you need quiet, contained focus. We meet in a calm, private space to sit with the heavy stuff. It’s a grounded environment where we can look at your caseload with a 'Person Centred' lens, stripping away the dread and finding the clarity underneath the fog.

Practicality matters. If your schedule is a bit hectic or you’re working from further afield, we meet via video. You get the same deep, person-centred support and professional 'map-holding' from the comfort of your own space (Pointers in the background are always optional but welcome).

❋ The Digital Nest (Online)

Sometimes, taking away the 'visual' allows for a deeper kind of listening. Telephone supervision is perfect for those who find screen-fatigue real or who process best by pacing in their own garden. It’s a flexible, intimate way to stay connected to your practice and your professional well-being.

❋ On The Line (Telephone)
Accredited Oversight. Human Connection. Professional Clarity.
